Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026
CourtHop provides lightweight pickleball travel-planning information. CourtHop is operated by Cambrian 716 Digital LLC DBA CourtHop. This policy explains CourtHop's current privacy approach: minimal data collection, third-party forms when used, analytics, and direct third-party outbound links.
Information you provide
We may collect information you submit through request or feedback forms, such as contact details, destination ideas, trip preferences, or corrections.
CourtHop is based in the United States. If you contact CourtHop or submit a form from outside the United States, the information you provide may be processed and stored in the United States by CourtHop or its service providers, and may be subject to U.S. laws.
We use service providers to operate CourtHop. These include our hosting and security provider (Vercel), our feedback-form provider (Tally), and our website analytics provider (Vercel). These providers process the information needed to deliver their services, which may include technical request data, information you submit through a feedback form, and anonymous website usage measurements.
Planner choices in your browser
CourtHop saves some planner choices, such as your starting point, in your browser only (not in cookies) so you can continue planning. Planner pages may also include trip choices in the page URL so results can load correctly. CourtHop does not use those choices to create an account, collect payment details, or run a booking checkout.
To protect the service, our hosting provider and our search endpoint see your IP address transiently for rate limiting; CourtHop's application does not retain it.
Forms
Contact forms may open through third-party form providers such as Tally or through an email fallback. Those providers process the information you submit under their own policies.
Analytics
CourtHop uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic site usage, such as page views and clicks on travel providers, event organisers and trip plans. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and records anonymous, aggregated information such as referrers, general location and device/browser information. For CourtHop's custom events, only public provider, event and destination identifiers are sent; we do not send your starting point, travel dates, traveller details or full booking or search URLs. Vercel identifies visits using a request-derived hash that resets after 24 hours. See Vercel's analytics privacy documentation (opens in a new tab) for details.
Affiliate and outbound links
Outbound links may lead to third-party travel, hotel, rental car, court, activity, gear, or provider sites. Their privacy policies and booking terms control their services.
When you follow a link to a hotel, venue, organiser or other provider, you leave CourtHop. That provider may collect information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. CourtHop does not control those practices. We do not currently earn commissions from these links. If affiliate links are introduced, we may earn a commission when you make a qualifying booking, at no additional cost to you.
Data minimization
CourtHop should not ask for sensitive information, payment details, account passwords, or unnecessary personal data. Keep submissions focused on trip planning or corrections.
CourtHop is not directed to children under 13, and CourtHop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate CourtHop, respond to feedback, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Our hosting and feedback providers may retain information according to their applicable retention policies. You can contact us using the details below to request deletion of information we control.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting optional forms, and you can clear the planner choices saved in your browser through your browser settings. You can also contact CourtHop to request correction or deletion of information you provided. For privacy questions, email legal@courthop.com.
We do not sell or share personal information or use it for cross-site tracking. Because CourtHop does not use cross-site tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site operates.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated policy here, explain the significant changes, and update the effective date. Please check this page for the latest version.
